Manufacturing

Clearwater Engineering provides complete machining and assembly services from production CNC milling and turning to experimental or spares programs with single run highly complex components. We also offer precision honing for close tolerance holes as well as the manufacture of sheet metal components and assemblies that can be delivered in kits or individually as required. Our machining capabilities include hard metals such as titanium, steel and stainless steels as well as all forms of aluminum. Our competencies also include most forms of plate and bar material as well as forgings and castings. In addition, we offer high speed machining methods and cell manufacturing in a multi-axis dual pallet environment and with planned acquisitions of new high speed machining cells in the near future we will continue to add to our core competencies and services.

The management team at Clearwater Engineering has over 90 years of experience serving the aerospace industry. Their experience and expertise in all aspects of modern machine shop operations also includes the latest in lean manufacturing, quality assurance systems, high speed and cell manufacturing, all with a focus on producing the highest quality components and assemblies, on time, at the lowest possible cost.
